This course deals with issues related to the development of learning partnerships between the union, employers, providers and learners. The course will help you develop practical skills and knowledge to help you work with employers to develop and expand the learning opportunities available to members. In particular, it will help learning reps to establish joint structures with employers to negotiate the learning agenda. The course is accredited by the Open College Network.
