MAMMON has lived for years in disguise as a sharp-suited businessman even though her name means the rich outpourings of the Great Goddess's inexhaustible breasts, her 'mammae'.
Ye cannot serve God and Mammon, says Jesus (Luke 16:13), but this is what he means: you cannot serve both the one male god and the plurality of goddesses, the rich outpourings of pagan dreams.
In fact Mammon is a hermaphrodite. She plays the male role in her/his liaisons with Ephemera.
