Get up to Speed
ou had best get up to speed on Hyper Text Mark-up Language, HTML.
Remember that this is the way that you write pages for the Web. HTML is plain ASCII
text, but marked-up with tags in angle-brackets. Your local browser
software receives HTML (and other types of information) and shows it on your display -
in the way that you have set it up, for example using the fonts that you want.
Remember also that URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator. For the most part,
these pages will be talking here about URLs that refer to HTML pages or PC executable URLs that
return HTML pages.
