Within Reach is an information service for those who work in IPC Magazines' King's Reach Tower complex in London, UK. It is, in effect, the samizdat organisation of the NUJ and GPMU unions in a hostile corporation.

The Within Reach default page is frequently updated with new information, to make it easier for users to sneak a quick look. We're dealing with a working environment where putting a union leaflet up on a staff noticeboard is treated as a sacking offence. That policy is probably in contravention of the European Convention on Human Rights and stuff, but pending a decade-long court case this is what we have.

King's Reach Tower, by the way, is named after a stretch ("reach") of the river Thames.
