KFAT
is the family friendly trade union. The specialist organisation for
workers in manufacturing, retail and logistics. Our members cover every
type of occupation, from machinists and mechanics, to shop and warehouse
workers. We even have a section for non-production staff that includes
managers, administrators and designers.
We
believe that good industrial relations, maximising the skills of the
workforce, brings benefits to any enterprise. As such we will work with
employers at all levels, aiming for partnership and success.
