...where do I find the exercises I have to do. As you can see I am up and running but cannot see any details of the exercises I need to do to get my dingbats.
Please enlighten me.

Hello - I can not get authorisation to get on to the idea course pagesP username and IP password don't seem to work. Can you help. Also can you tell me if this is emailing properly. Many thanks. Rachael Field

I'm getting an authorisation failure when I try to access the idea/online_training site. I'm using the idea user name and the odd spelling of that currant biscuit as the password; why won't it work?

We reply:

There has been some confusion about this, the userid and password on the online - training site are not your IP username and password. They are purely to password protect the site. The information that everyone needs to use is:

Username idea

Password dingbat

It sounds like this machine does not have enough memory to run this software, we would advise that use the Netscape 2.02
