The only way we can know what is really happening on the training and re-training front at workplace level is if you tell us. Managers can give the company line to your GPMU full time officials, but only you can tell us what happens in practice. Your responses - positive and negative - will help us give priority to issues of concern and also show what can be achieved. You don't have to answer all the questions, but the more information we get the better.
