Electronic Update of JCWI’s Immigration, Nationality & Refugee Law Handbook 2006

The unique partnership between the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI) and the Electronic Immigration Network (EIN), brings you the electronic update of JCWI’s highly acclaimed Immigration, Nationality, and Refugee Law Handbook 2006.  The handbook has become an indispensable guide to law and practice in this area.

The electronic update of the handbook provides:

  • A detailed, yet clear, simple and easy to use chapter by chapter update covering all the key developments in immigration, human rights, asylum, nationality and social welfare law insofar as it relates to migrants, together with the key developments in public funding
